Please review our refund policy below:
1. Full Refund for Cancellations 48 Hours in Advance:
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your donut order more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

and provide your order details.
2. No Refund for Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours in Advance:
Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for donut orders that are canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. We bake our donuts fresh to order, and last-minute cancellations make it challenging for us to ensure the quality of our products.

How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact us via email at hey@cartems.com. Provide your order details, including the order number, date, and time of pickup or delivery. Clearly state the reason for your cancellation and your request for a refund.

Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. Please allow 3 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exceptions:
In cases of exceptional circumstances, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions may include emergencies or other unforeseen events that prevent you from canceling within the specified timeframe.
